The service
Bhakti Status is a digital service of Troak Interactive Media Private Limited that lets you personalise devotional videos with your name and photo and share them to WhatsApp Status. By using the app you accept these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have a working Indian mobile number.
Subscription, price and auto-renewal
₹1 for a 1-day trial, then ₹199/month, auto-renewing. Cancel anytime.
- A subscription is required to share personalised videos.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay through a UPI Autopay mandate. Your UPI app shows a pre-debit notice before each charge.
- The trial is available once per phone number. After that, the plan is ₹199/month directly.
- The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the app: Profile → Manage subscription → Cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Videos are for your personal sharing only. You may not sell, redistribute or commercially reuse them, upload unlawful or offensive names or images, or tamper with the app. We may suspend accounts that do.
Intellectual property
The app and all videos, artwork and music belong to Troak Interactive Media Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services such as WhatsApp or Razorpay.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes will appear on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Grievances and complaints: support@troak.club — we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
