Delete in the app
Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first (Profile → Manage subscription → Cancel) so that no further charges are made.
Request by email
Email support@troak.club from any address with your registered phone number. We verify your identity and start processing within 48 hours.
What is deleted
- Your name
- Your push notification token
- Your login sessions
What is retained
Payment records, which we are required by law to keep.
Your photo was only ever on your phone. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
