Information we collect

• Phone number, to log you in and identify your account.
• Your name, to place it on videos.
• Subscription and payment status (trial, active, cancelled, failed).
• Push notification token, to send reminders and notifications.
• App usage events, such as which videos you view or share.

Your UPI and card details are handled by Razorpay. We never receive or store them.

How we use information

To provide the service, log you in, manage subscriptions and payments, send reminders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

• Razorpay: payment processing and UPI Autopay mandates.
• WhatsApp: we send your login one-time password (OTP) to your phone number as a WhatsApp message.
• Meta (Facebook) SDK: ad attribution and app events (such as registration, trial start and subscription), so we can tell which ads work.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): push notifications.
• Cloudflare: hosting of our website and servers.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose above.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your name, push token and login sessions. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights and account deletion

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information. To delete your account, follow the steps on our Delete Account page.

Children

Bhakti Status is intended only for people aged 18 and above.
