₹1 for a 1-day trial, then ₹199/month, auto-renewing. Cancel anytime.
Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI Autopay.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time in the app: Profile → Manage subscription → Cancel. You can also email support@troak.club and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling during the trial
If you cancel during the 1-day trial, ₹199 is never charged. Your access continues until the trial ends. The ₹1 trial fee is non-refundable.
After ₹199 has been charged
A monthly ₹199 charge that has already been made is not refunded. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Failed or duplicate debits
If you were debited wrongly, a payment failed but money left your account, or you were charged twice, we refund the amount to the original payment source (bank account or UPI) within 5–7 working days.
Raising a payment issue
Email support@troak.club with your registered phone number, the payment date and amount, and the UPI transaction ID. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
